Jim Moran Institute’s Small Business Executive Program

The Small Business Executive Program (SBEP) helps business owners and CEOs to think differently and become more efficient, which is vitally important as businesses navigate the effects of COVID-19.  Focused on growth, leadership expertise and financial success, SBEP participants explore a broad range of topics: including the Business Model Canvas, strategic thinking, marketing, financial analysis and human resources.

Businesses operating for three years or more and with five or more employees are eligible to apply. Twenty participants from non-competing businesses will be accepted into the four-month program which will begin in February. Sessions will take place once a month for four hours. There is no cost to participate.
