There are three ways to participate in the Jacksonville Women’s Business Center:
The first step to success with the Jacksonville Women’s Business Center is to sign up for an orientation with the JAX Chamber Small Business Center or to submit an application for one of our available programs. Through the orientation process, new and would-be entrepreneurs are introduced to the resources available at the Small Business Center and complete an Entrepreneurial Assessment to help determine if a business idea can become a viable business.
Every program we offer relies on volunteer mentors. Whether you are in finance, marketing, banking, law or human resources, mentors are essential to delivering the business information provided in our mentoring programs. If you want to share your business expertise with a woman business owner, consider volunteering with us as a Business Mentor. The skills, knowledge and expertise needed vary with each program and the specific needs of the participant.

Does your company have a matching program for volunteer hours served? If so, please let us know when you contact us.
Financial support from businesses and individuals in our community is critical to our mission: advancing the success of women entrepreneurs at every stage of business development. Your support at any level is greatly appreciated and makes a real difference in our ability to deliver programs and services.
